People can disagree about it but Gotham is the best show on television right now

It's awful.

it's one of the most hamfisted pieces of trash on television and it's destroying these characters.

This article probably has the best description I have found of Cody Franson.

"There's just something spring-loaded about his game in that his role on the ice resembles a bumper in a pinball machine: He's a largely stationary object that will immediately propel a loose puck in the opposite direction with surprising force and accuracy."

Basically whenever the puck gets to him, he makes a really good play whether it is a superb, accurate pass on the breakout, or a timely dump to keep the puck in the zone, a perfect setup pass for a one-timer, or a shot that gets through to the goalie, thus leading to a scoring chance.

Franson is a very big, very slow man. I'm not going to sit here and try to say otherwise. It's part of why when they signed him I thought that Pysyk would be a good fit, because his skating is far superior and he's more than content to sit back and let his D partner jump into the offensive play, which Franson is generally good at. I think their skill sets compliment each other well.

That said, I do know what you're referring to, because I noticed it myself. There isn't a whole lot of sense of urgency to his game. But he's not as bad as you're making him out to be either. He's not actually bad in his own zone. You just have to hope he doesn't get caught out there as the lone guy back on a 2 on 1. I think Byslma's done a good job of utilizing him thus far. His point totals will increase as the offense begins to click more.

If you ask someone who reads advanced stats all day, Franson is a #2 bordering #1 defensmen. If you ask someone who just watches him play, he's a #5 or 6. Truthfully he's in the middle.

He's an ok 2nd pairing guy who can pass and play PP minutes

Buffalo seems to be having issues playing this great Tampa team, hoping for a W tonight, though. Good skating, boys!

I don't know how people find the time to watch all of these shows. I'm lucky I have enough time to watch 2 or 3 consistently. Half the time I fall behind and have like 3 or 4 episodes of one of them on my DVR.

Whats the a good place viewing wise to go out and watch the game in the cheektowaga/depewish area?

Not too concerned about the booze or the food but want good viewing without necesarily having to sit at the bar. Thinking about trying out mooneys on broadway but am still open to suggestions

Quick!

I didn't either until I sat down and went to put the pregame on and realized I had to wait another half hour.

There's a Tully's out there, on French? I think? And they have a ton of TV's. I've never been to the one out there, but I've been to a couple others so I would guess that it's the same.

Yea tullys on french is still a consideration. Ive been to the one on main and transit and its pretty nice but i would also like to probably hear the play by play

I usually go to the one on NF Blvd. I'd give them a call and ask if they'll be playing the play-by-play. They have booze specials for during the games, so you'd think they would.

Yea maybe i will do tullys instead, i dont mind trying new places but id hate to get to mooneys and have it be lame and either get stuck, or miss more of the game to go somewhere else

What's that place on William right off the 90? Holidays or something like that? Or is that the place on Harlem?
