In general the puck sticks to him better. I also feel that we need to give him some props for the Philly game, because being a young goaltender and seeing as few shots as he did until the 3rd period in that game is not easy to do.

it was better.. the first game was not as strong as the second.. I think he directs the puck better when he cant control it too

Sammy Watkins (ankle) is not practicing Monday.

Watkins did some work with the trainer off to the side of practice before heading inside. It is concerning Watkins is not ready to practice after two full weeks of rest, but he has plenty of time to return to practice this week. Watkins will be a low-end WR3 if he is able to play.

If the Sabres can get another top 6 forward by next season, I think we make a decent playoff run. (Stamkos would be amazing!)

So does Reinhart, yet he was bumped to the 4th line last night. I know that at some point, someone has to play there, but to me, Foligno fits there better than Reinhart does.

I didn't pay much attention to last night's game, but he was with Legwand and mcGinn, wasn't he? Pretty sure I saw a bunch of posts about how well Legwand looked, plus Reinhart with the goal (from Legwand), so despite it being the 4th line, they did more than 2 of the top 3 lines, so that's always good.

i highly doubt they would buy him out unless he asked for it.. there are not cap strapped and he is a good vet to have even if he is on the 3rd or 4th line.
