You can take that as one of two things IMO.

One: she knows she has no case because it didn't happen

Two: her mothers actions hurt and the scrutiny the family has been getting since that information came out is too much for her to handle.

If she refuses to cooperate I don't see a civil lawsuit happening either.

- Stripes77

For someone who was so adamant about the whole thing, this seriously points to option 1. IMO, refusing to cooperate now only adds to the hurt and scrutiny that she and her family have had to go through because now there's going to be a huge amount of people that say she really was just out for a payday.

Can't say I disagree with the people that feel that way, because that's certainly how it looks to me at this point. As a woman, if I had been raped and filed all the appropriate reports and whatnot, I would not back down.

Taken from his post:

Do I really think that for 82 games their the fifth best team in hockey? No I don't, but I do think they deserve some props, right now, for being one of the best teams in the NHL so far. Let's not even look at their record, records are useless right now and have way more to do with luck than anything else.

Buffalo is a good team, threatening greatness.

Me too. After all the crap we had to endure from the media the last two years, I'll take any amount of love they throw our way right now.

A thought popped into my head the other night.

If Ullmark gets the nod as the #1 and gets the Sabres in the top 8 in the East before Lehner comes back he has to stay the starter right?

Say he has keeps going and gets the Sabres into the playoffs with a .920 Save % does he push McDavid for the Rookie of the Year?

My thought was still warm from the oven toll house cookies. And if I remembered to put the seat back down.

I had this conversation with someone the other day. I think regardless of ullmark's performance they'll give the starters job back to Lehner. He would have to be unusually bad for Ullmark to get it back.

The main obstacle being that the job isn't actually up for grabs, they've publicly labeled Lehner their #1 so something extraordinarily good/bad would have to happen for that to change.

That's pretty much what I was just tying...15-3-2 in the next 20 he goes no where...heck, 10-5-5 I think he stays in. So so record or losing record, he's back in Rochester when Lehner returns...and then back here the next week after he gets hurt again...

yeah -JCDC- likes to show up and explain to Av Fans how good ROR is and how they have a bust captain in Landeskog and should have traded Duchene instead

Yeah, sorry. Murray declined to mention that as part of the trade we're sending some of our dumber posters to your boards as well.

Update:

Buffalo: O'Reilly, McGinn
Colorado: Zadorov, Grigorenko, Compher, #31, 3-4 guys I can't even name because they don't post here.

Last week, some time, in a particularly juvenile moment, I posted "Be right back I have to poop" and the post got some play for the afternoon. If that in any way led to this talk of "poop" that has begun to sprout up in these threads I feel it's important that I let all of you know I regret it all, now.

Would be amazing just to get half the points available in November as our schedule is tough...Stars x2, Preds x2, Blues x2, Bolts, Nucks.

U regret the poop itself, or the conversation that followed?

Oops, I meant "good times" of course.
