Can we just give him golf spikes and let him run sheesh.

I think Cody Franson had his best penalty kill for the Leafs right there.

I think Reinhart was benched for a shift and they played Larsson with ROR and Ennis. Line juggling.

For everyone who says Disco (frank)in Dan's line juggling routine isn't affecting anything...

the only 2 sets of players that are on the same page are Eichel/Kane and Pysyk/McCabe

everyone else looks like they have no idea where the other players on their line are...

...o ya and Franson and Weber look awful

And he (Kane) scores at right around 24 goals per 82 games for his career on some pretty bad teams. And 96 points in 61 games is very good, but it's not 152 in 62 of Radulov.

Implying that Murray made a bad deal after a junior player has had a good couple weeks, assuming of course we would've even drafted him in that slot, is a wee bit short-sighted.

Kane is doing all the right things. He scored a goal, called back or not, it wasn't like a holding call that clearly springs a runner on an 80 TD run. And most goal scorers are streaky. He's not playing tentative hockey like say Thomas Vanek did.

I'm not worried. Yet. Let's reconvene after the all-star break. I'm not saying he'll be great, and I know this is the "I want it NOW!!! Generation", but just that we need a little more time before we judge anything. Just like that troll who wrote the "article" calling Kane a bust already.

My post about Konecny had nothing to do with the Kane trade.

You made a straw man argument and listed a few busts that had successful junior careers. I provided an example of a good player who succeeded in juniors.

Last game didn't somebody say Ennis was off to a slow start and then he scored?

Can we try that again?

Would have been nice if girgs would have put it on net from 5 feet out with a half empty net.

Regardless if he only has 2 points on the early season, eichel is dynamic.

You'd figure with all the shots he takes, one would go in for Kane by sure luck

Was Hunwick actually surprised by that call? The way he looked around after the whistle made it seem like he genuinely believed that wasn't interference.

Tyler Ennis has been the most disappointing forwards so far in the early parts of this season.

You can't expect much to happen when the Eichel and Kane line and the fourth line are coming up with most of the scoring chances.
