West is the better pick up. Looking for depth see if Andrews fron TEN is available. Also, Christine Michael is expected to get more touches in Dallas but i wouldn't bank on that.

Charles Sims as well. Especially in PPR. Great bye week filler if you've got nothing.

And you know how much of an impact these guys are going to make zero because they're not going to play and if they do they're just going to use them as decoys Rex is just playing games you guys should know this this is what coaches do

I don't get why they switched up the lines with Gionta returning...

Kane - Eichel - Girgensons was a great line together.

Moving Girgnesons to center on top line with ROR and Ennis then Eichel pivoting Kane and Gionta. Moulson as a 3rd liner now...

We win a game.. and guys get multiple point games... then switch them all?

He needs to pick up the pace a bit. We are not seeing the same player we did during the tourney
- cabin

Kinda hard to when you're stuck on the 4th line.

Just send him down, play him top line minutes (ev,pp,sh), and keep him there for the year.

His contract slides a year. You then have him on an EL contract for an extra year.

This lets play him 12 mins a night isn't teaching him squat.

Good luck with that.

Even if they do, I picture 2 of the 3 not lasting til halftime - but I just don't see it happening.

This game is big, but putting 3 guys out there who may or may not have healed enough might make for a better record at week 6, but could screw the remaining 10 weeks pretty easily.

the starting quarterback you mentioned lead his team to a total of 24 points over two games and if it wasn't for a strong defense playing against an average offense, the team would have lost both instead of one...

still don't get the ej hate...in 2013 he was one tom brady, last-minute drive to a field goal away from pulling off an upset....ej went 2-2 and was playing great until he was injured against Cleveland...

people forget, and it's never mentioned by the know-it-alls on wgr, that manuel was drafted in the mold of colin kapernick, a read option quarterback who flourished under greg roman in san fran...

he's got 16 nfl games under his belt all under a rather poor head coach and an offensive coordinator who was in way over his head...there was no offensive line and the number one receiver was stevie Johnson

rant friggen' over

- Michael Pachla

There is no way Manuel wins that game against Tennessee. The problem with Manuel has been, when things are going well, he plays decent. When things start to go south, he has folded. That's what Taylor has brought in spades so far (understanding a limited sample size) is the ability to make plays when things aren't going well. His problem, right now, is that he has been putting himself in those situations when he shouldn't need to.

You don't practice with the first string if you aren't going to play.

It's a huge mistake to rush these players just let them rest hell I would let them rest till the Jets game

he is not running them with the first team if it's not leaning toward them starting

mccoy is not cutting on a hamstring if the goal is to wait til it heals

- homiedclown

All the article said about Taylor is he "took the opening snaps of the session" - doesn't say he took many/who had more.

I just don't find it a good idea to play him. McCoy maybe, since the coaches said he was "doing everything" (to point towards what you mentioned about making cuts), but not much was said about Sammy either to lead me to think he's healthy.

I'd just rather worry about weeks 7-17 than them rush things right now.

Yea and 9 - 15 - 28 were our top line. I don't agree with switching those up basically just to make Gionta a top 6 winger on Eichel's wing.

You're not ready. They don't take precious first team snaps away from the starter (EJ) to use a decoy from your injured starting QB (Taylor). The plan is for Taylor to start if he can.

There aren't any tight ends available the only thing I have a good amount of his wide receivers my tight end was Jordan Reed and of course I was going to pick up his backup but some bumhole picked him up my only option is Scott Chandler

Lets not act like Taylor didn't help us with those games this year em plus I'm not saying EJ's in we're automatically going to lose the injuries to the team are piling up like crazy it's one thing after another and you can't say that's not true it seems every week there's a new injury
- gerbe75pts

What team doesn't have injuries? Kansas City lost their top back and is 1-4, that helps the Bills. Miami is 1-3. Baltimore is 1-4. Houston 1-4. Pittsburgh is 3-2 with Vick as QB. San Diego 2-3. All of those were potential Wild Card teams that have big injuries or bad records which are in the Bills favor. The only team doing better than expected might be the Jets and they never implode.

McCoy and Watkins are both practicing and possible this week, likely next week or after the bye, per Rex, Karlos is recovering from a concussion and has a bye coming up soon to hopefully return after, Taylor isn't "Officially" out but for all purposes should be, and Williams hasn't played for a while now and our defense has been fine. Not to mention Sammy is not always hurt as you say.

We're 3-2, 6th in the AFC, in a playoff spot coming up on Week 6. Even if we lose against Cincinatti, which we likely will, we'll still be in a playoff spot with 10 more games to play in a conference that can't get out of its own way. We have a fairly decent schedule and it's a long season. Too early to be saying we're done.
