It's time for Clendenning now too. Has been. |

Montreal is undefeated and leads the NHL in Score-Adjusted Fenwick at 63.11% That doesn't mean they are necessarily an elite team this year it just means they have been c rushing their opponents (Toronto, Boston, Ottawa)
The leafs had more shots, shot attempts, scoring chances, hits, steals....
no, the habs did not crush them. |

F yeah!!! This is what I like to see!!! We didn't lay down and die after the Habs goal. The top 6 responded with good shifts and great play by the Tanger. |

God, you know it's bad when even you aren't defending him anymore. |

Best shift of the night for Crosby/Kessel/Kunitz so far.
Bennett looking good tonight. Bonino and Plotnikov fit with him.
Feel bad for Sprong. He might not see ice for a bit now with the that penalty. - HopintheCordoba
But it was Plot and Porter combining for too many men on the ice (Sprong just served the penalty). Also bad luck on the penalty more than anything. Or do you mean since he is in the box he will miss his shift? |

I feel the time is about right for the inopportune Malkin slash. |

Sweet pass by Kessel to set up Letang. Kessel has been impressive so far - he is a hell of a hockey player. |

I like to call it how I see it.... at a minimum he needs to move up and take his space away... The Too many men penalty was terrible as well |

Simply put he's just too slow to play his game anymore.
I love the way we bounced back this period. Our mo has cooled down a but, but I loved the fire that Beau lit under our asses. |

Yes. Yes he is....as long as you focus on his offence. |

Agreed the foot speed is not there
Would love to see: Sprong Bonino Bennett |

The 3rd line looks great. Really hope MJ keeps them together. Balances the top 3 lines beautifully |

Finally had a solid period of effort. Still need to see a lot more from the top 6. Especially Malkin's line. |

I really would rather keep the third line in tact right now. Bennett and Plotter have found themselves on the ice several times. Looks like they just might be hockey soul mates. |

Dumo has nice elusiveness and mobility, who knew? Nice surprise there. Pretty smart with the puck too. |

He's finally calmed down. I had a feeling that once he calmed the f down he'd start playing some pretty good hockey. Guy has all the tools, just needs to hone them. |

I think he's been one of our best players for 3 games in a row. Just need to free him from that hunk of cast iron known as Rob Scuderi. |
