Taylor has as good of an arm as EJ does. He just doesn't have anyone to throw to. The thing that separates Taylor and EJ is that Taylor shows signs of being a gamer, whereas Manuel has tended to fold when things start to go poorly. Hopefully, that goes away soon.

I meant Harvin in that last post. Harvin, Sammy, Hogan, and Clay are gonna have to shine and get open for ej. Ej is gonna have to be stellar accurate. Defense is gonna have to stand stronger than steel, Gilmore has to be ready to shine. And motherfrankin IK Enkapali (spelling??) is gonna have to ground and pound run that ball like never before. Unfortunately ej will not be able to scramble and run this team to victory like Taylor. How sore can he be?? He finished the game without issue.

I was at the game yesterday. Beautiful seats 19 rows up, right on center ice. Anyway, here's my observations.

- Reinhart - whom I am a big fan of - looked lost out there plus he still gets knocked down too easily. Once Gionta gets back in the line-up, they should send him down to Rochester for 20 - 30 games
- Larsson - very impressed by his game. Good skater, intense, rabid bull-dog like.
- Legwand - did he play?
- Delorian/Foligno - both played a good/big game
- Chad Johnson - looked pretty solid. Definitely not his fault on the second goal
- defence overall looked really solid after the 1st period. Didn't notice McCabe/Psysk combo which is probably a good thing
- Franson - good shot but looks pretty slow out there. Speedy guys are going to beat him to the outside all season long
- Kane - WOW is a fast and smooth skater. Shoots a lot which I like. This guy is the real deal. Seeing him in person makes you appreciate why GMTM traded for him
- Ennis - our best stick handler and fast wheels. Had really good intesity. Loved his game.
McGinn - pleasant surprise. If he can keep playing this way, he will be good trade bait come March.
- Moulson - 3 point game but wasn't noticeable until you saw the scoresheet. Scored his goal from where he normally scores from.
- Eichel/ROR/Risto - all 3 had stud games. Best players on the ice.

Overall I was really impressed with the Sabres. It was an entertaining game. Worth the money and the long trip to watch the game.

Not a chance. Its against a conference opponent, a record that is part of the tie breaker. Every game is important. This isn't a Shady McCoy injury. He is sore, there is like a 1% chance he doesn't start.

Tyrod Taylor is out for Week 6 with an injured knee. EJ Manuel will start for the Bills, per NFL Network source familiar with the injury.

We can all hope you're right, but what in EJs history leads one to believe this? And please don't say preseason when he was mostly playing vs 3rd stringers. Jax isn't as bad as they used to be either, certainly no pushover. Remember Nashville was supposed to be easy too and we should have lost that game
