I watched every second of the Jets-Isles yesterday and Islanders absolutely dominated them.

I thought the Isles looked a lot like they did early last year when they beat us soundly in those early season games.

Not sure what to make of it. We could very well get a Jets team that's upset with the way they played yesterday and be pissed off. Jets should be rested considering it was an afternoon game.

This game tonight is a little worrisome, IMO

I think the Rangers are well aware they didn't play at the level they needed to the first 3 games. Despite the wins, they know there is a lot to be improved so I'm hoping they come out with fire tonight.

Nice; Jeropotato taught you a new word! I knew you could learn! Good job. You must be proud. Now go back to practicing that Potvin Sucks chant....
- Queenie_5_hole

Coming from the fan base that chants "Rangers sucks, Flyers swallow, Isles spit, Capitals gargles, Blue Jackets rinse" isn't that how the inferiority complex goes? There's always the "hey you suck" chant that won't go away even though you own team made changes to do so #relentless right?

We'll probably see Hutchinson in net, Pavalec shut us out late in the season at MSG

yeah, Isles peppered Pavelec with 44 shots on net, so you gotta think it will be Hutchinson

I wouldn't worry. I know this seemed like a good spot to give Raanta some work but Hank is rolling right now, who do you think goes?

enjoyed the Jan breakdown, very clean in the overall play ...solid but room for a lot more ..agree on the D assessment and i want to see D MacIrath rotated thru out the season,rt sider so Boyle -Klein & Gman can stay hungrier & sharper
Hank or goalies always make D look good .....
DEPTH ...must pound it to team the best 12 for the match & whos hot is the determining factor....anyone slumping or lagging should get a seat to "Gain Prospective" I love the pace & 8 men for 6 slots on the back 2 lines plus
J T could move up to the top 6 if need be ....
Its 82 gms and we the rotation that will set up PO's ...i enjoy reg season watching the build up of the play but we will be the strongest of teams ready if we maintain our health & keep all on there toes or skate blades sharp.....only the sharpest in the box get to come out & play ..best season building in front of us ..L G R

Hopefully he does what he has to & gains the confidence of AV. If he is ready, he needs to dress regularly, this is his time finally, with Boyle on the steep decline.

a couple of time Boyle has had some "personal issues" to attend to the last couple of years without any further explanation.

all in all, Boyle is just an annoying player, no getting around it

Glad you're paying attention because I didn't know what the hell they were chanting after the Flyer part...#Relentless.
