And Vinny is not in for white. White playing.

Yup. It is what it is. Nearly $10mm (1/7 of the cap) not dressing for the Flyers is a tough pill to swallow. Still, this too will end. Someday.

This is why Hextall needs to just bite the bullet and retain salary on these trades. We have the cheap talent now to justify the dead money.

The core up front isn't old, it's in its prime for the most part and they aren't getting it done. When the defense is ready, they will be on the decline. So what will these guys be contributing in 3 years.

Voracek I think will still be able to be to contribute much like Hossa. Giroux will no longer be a top notch 1st line center at even strength, but will be able to contribute on the power play and in key moments much like Briere. But as for everyone else, its debatable. I like Couturier but I haven't seen anything that says he is more than a 3C and 3C's shouldn't be untouchable.

It sucks, this site use to be the go to site to talk to people who enjoyed the team, had good insight on the play and pulse of the team.

Now, it is typical Philly media garbage. It sucks. All you negative nancy's chased away the peeps who added value to this board. Complaining about this team after 2 games.

And the constructive criticism is fine if you come back with some solid ideas on what to do differently or how to change some things up.

But we all know the same peeps who do nothing but female dog and NEVER add anything positive or even informational.
