I don't think anyone answered this (sorry if I'm mistaken), but a CHL player is eligible for the AHL if he will turn 20 by December 31 of the current year. Draisaitl is currently 19, but his birthday is October 27 so he will turn 20 before December 31, 2015. That's why he can go to the AHL.

It's an odd thing to be excited for, but this year might be the first year ever that it is actually suspenseful.

I don't recall the last time Kassian got into trouble other than that bar fight. Not even sure if that counts because he hadn't even signed his ELC at that point. So I don't understand why he's in Stage 2. I'm sure I could internet.com to find the answer I guess..

My next question is, why was his drinking an issue here? For all intents and purposes, he did nothing wrong. He's 21+ and wasn't driving. His BAC shouldn't have even been an issue. And yeah, you go to the hospital, they take your BAC but if you're not the driver, there's no implications.

I guess I'm just confused as to why he's even in trouble. Or has to attend a SAP.

There could be something in his contract that does not allow him to drink, or at least have his BAC at a certain level whether he was driving or not.

I've gotten stuff from there before. Just keep in mind, you get what you pay for. Just looking at the pictures of the jersey, you can see that it's not the same as the ones we buy here. The striping on the arms and along the bottom is wrong. Usually when you get it the coloring is off some as well.

For whatever reason, the football jerseys look great, but the hockey ones are always a bit off.

He only played one full year.

Once a player goes to the CHL, they are subjected to the transfer rules.
