Breakfast:

Protein shake (1% Milk, hemp protein, chocolate), piece of fruit.

Calories in the shake are about 80, has 30% of your daily protein and fiber and tastes decent. Good? No. Definitely decent.

I have yet to see an angle where the initial point of contact was directly the head. From the first time I saw the hit, it looked shoulder to shoulder with the follow through hitting the head.

That being said he clearly took a run at him. If these are the hits the NHL really wants to get out of the game so be it as a repeat offender he deserves the suspension. However, I will hold caution that I doubt the NHL gets it right the next time around when a player of higher skill level does something reckless like this and only gets a game.

Ok guys, what do you think about the goal song vote?

Saw a semi-hilarious article of why we should choose "Let me clear my throat" - DJ Kool

Here: http://sports.yahoo.com/b...-goal-song-151541618.html

Also, what it would sound like after an awesome Tyler Ennis goal

Here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lnVBQM0Sc1Q

I might not be the first to post this, but which do you think is the best one of the bunch? and if you had a pick what would you choose as our goal song?

This seems like a win on the appeal.

Technically not a repeat offender according to their BS rules.

If he does appeal I think it gets lowered. I saw somewhere he was headed to the KHL but I think that was just a rumor started.

Paused it at the exact time contract is made and its hard to tell cause of the slow mo effect but it still looks like shoulder first (barely) he clearly hit the head though.

But still not a repeat offender technically.

I think this is the worst idea they have ever come up with

BUT i think out of all the options, Yeah Yeah Yeah by the new politics might sound the most natural fit for a goal song. The way they que'd up "let me clear my throat" just sounds awkward.. Not to mention that song is SOOO played out

And there's a lot more to this than what the press throws out there. He was probably driving too. What substances is he allegedly abusing ? I assume it's only booze but I'd like to hear the chatter.
