Something to keep in mind Nucker, Bennings top free agent this year received a 1 year 1.75 contract. I also heard he was very much in favour of Bartowski. Matt Sekeres even used the word targeted. I think he may have given him a handshake deal letting him know he would get a better deal next year with the cap space.

Most of Bennings deal were one year deals and less than 1 mil. This tells me he is targeting someone already.

He didn't give Hamhuis or Vbata an extension . I feel he has one or two players he is targeting. We all know the LUcic rumours , but he is making lots of room and lots of space available.
