No proof he actually was the one that broke it I guess would be the reason. Just like there's no definitive proof he raped her as of right now. It's been said that they don't have a 100% solid case yet. But I guess it goes to Grand Jury today, so maybe there will be some sort of resolution or something soon.

A friend of mine who works for the Amerks told me that's what he heard through the grapevine. Could very well be a rumor but still crazy if true
