Tim Connolly's and Derek Roy's sweet, sweet bach pad.

Always had a feeling they lived together.

Not that there's anything wrong with that...

Yes
89 said they brought up Eichel's name & that ended the convo
Pk88 is pretty sweet, and would fit well with our team
But he does come with baggage & a HUGE cap hit, so I'm not gonna give up the world for him
I do think the Hawks are seriously considering moving him
But if it doesn't happen before camp starts, it probably won't happen

Ennis and a couple others were mentioned as well

I would guess it would cost Ennis, Reinhart and 2016 1st (at the very least)

I'm actually kind of surprised that the Sabres haven't commented on him at all. I would actually be fine with him being a Veteran presence for Rochested/Occasional call up for us. That seems to be the direction his career is going. The only thing I could speculate is that if another team picked him up for their NHL roster, he might be better off and the Sabres know that.

I like this a lot. Lines 1 and 2 both have skill and grit and line 3 is the perfect veteran line. Now, if Reinhart has a great camp that creates a good problem on how to utilize him?? Larsson too?? Might see him Larsson on line 3, legwand line 4??

Say what you will, but this is night and day compared to last year.

- turbo044

For me it was a toss up between Larsson or Legwand for line 3 C but I like the vets on that line. Reinhart is a tough call.

Jason Day is ON FIRE!!! He might never lose again....

fat boy De Jonge had a good round. My fantasy picks this week are Day, Stenson, DJ and Rory.

Seahawks signed RB Fred Jackson to a one-year contract.
Robert Turbin (ankle) is out indefinitely, and the Seahawks don't trust Christine Michael as a clear-cut backup. Long tight with Marshawn Lynch from their time together in Buffalo, Jackson is 34 1/2 years old but still set career highs in receptions and receiving yards last season, and can get what's blocked as a runner. It's possible he'll maintain the Seahawks' No. 2 running back job even when Turbin returns. Turbin was unimpressive this preseason coming off hip surgery, lacking burst and change of direction en route to a 16-36 rushing line.

Kane is a great player but IMO, the Sabres need to be careful on who and what pieces they move from here on out. Kane has a huge contract and that may or may not hurt us in the future but, they have called about him.

I'm ok 89 with them kicking the tires. It's a fluid situation with Kane and his talent cannot be over looked imo. He's had his issues but Buffalo just might be the best place for him. I also don't think Chicago is dealing from a position of strength here and could be willing to take a player and a pick/prospect so Ennis + could be a starting point. Kane's talent in our top 6 would be extremely appealing. But he has personal/maturing issues for sure. It's a tough call.

I agree I would take P Kane on the Sabres any day of the week and if it took Ennis ++ I would do it.

I think the biggest problem (besides the obvious current one) is his contract. it would most likely throw of GMTM's plan because he never thought he'd have a $11M/year player on his roster right now. If we have 11M on the books, plus ROR, what do we do with Girgensons, Eichel, Rinehart, E. Kane, etc. when they're due?
I definitely agree that the blackhawks hold no cards right now if they're looking to trade a player that might end up going to jail.

He's slower than I thought he was.

I think he does almost nothing for this team considering he's a RHD, and not a top pairing D
