Mason has some shaky years in Columbus, but his tenure in Philly has been respectable. Especially considering the defense in front of him!

Neuvirth seems like a decent back up, too

Frankly, it's miles behind the present defense (which has a bright light in the AHL and juniors) and the second/third line scoring.

I have no hate for the flyers. I had Voracek on my fantasy team. Picked him late, and was rewarded. I'm glad to see mason turn things around and become a decent goalie again.

That being said, I think the Flyers will be in the worse spot possible next year. Out of the playoff picture, but not far enough down to have a real shot at the #1 pick. The team just has too many holes, too many bad contracts, and to many question marks.
