Rielly isn't ready for the top pairing. Seriously, this is a dreadful idea. It will ruin him.
And Polak is far too slow to be on the 1st line.

he just needs to be taught.. babcock will work with him and show him what he did wrong and where and what he needs to do to improve it.

I honestly don't know where it is coming from. Rarely did I see a player beat Polak to the outside and cut in, with Phaneuf it happened multiple times every game he played.
