And when you throw perfect balls that are dropped, one being a TD that Sammy, Woods, or Percy more than likely catch. But Bills haters will always be Bills haters and will always down talk them. We should stick to hocley here and keep the football to BuffaloRumblings

I had no complaints with Tyrod Taylor's game yesterday, other than the inability to get the ball into the end zone, though he did have a touchdown dropped. However, the concern with him has always been whether he has the ability to play like that week in and week out. History says he doesn't.

Even the top guys drop things they should catch once in a while. But either way, these 2 preseason games have me actually feeling slightly better about the QB. It's still not a great situation, but maybe it's good enough to get something done.

Im not saying you im saying in general. I just wrote a book and erased it all lol. The Bills just get me fired up and i hate when people look at all the negatives (which is fine) but refuse to look at the good things or improvments.

He was inconsistent at Virginia Tech. It's why he was drafted so late.

He played a bit in Baltimore as well.

Duke Williams is below satisfactory.
Jerry Hughes is a (frank)ing demon.
It was painfully obvious we had no starting quality offense out there last night.
Nickell Robey will be good again this year.
Darby will be spectacular or bad all year long. He has no middle ground.
God, our offensive line. Our backups are JV quality. I'd be impressed if we could block a D1 college defense.
I think Tyrod played well. As long as he can get away from 'run first' like he seemed to do last night. A lot of his runs were after he was out of options because of our incredibly depleted playmakers.
Bronson Hill, Ricky Seale... camp bodies. Woof. No way they push out the likes of Dixon and Brown.
EJ can't run and throw to save his life. Good freakin Jesus.

Inconsistent? When he was breaking school records his senior year and had them undefeated in conference play for the first time in school history? And baltimore games dont count a few snaps and a quarter in a week 17 game that meant nothing,

I'm a Yankee fan also and hear that everyday as well, I heard it from a Cubs fan last night out having dinner, I almost choked on my food. I said to him " are you for real ? you're a Cubs fan and you're making fan of the Yankees ? get lost".

He through for a TD it just wasnt caught, cant put that on him.
- CoHo_to_B-Lo

Manuel had a TD drop on 3rd and goal last night, then threw a bullet on 4th and goal.

As far as actually throwing the ball, Manuel is the only QB with a TD in each of the scrimmage, and 1st 2 preseason games. Neither Cassel or Taylor have one.

I don't get how he has been seemingly eliminated here

Im not eliminating him at all we were just on the topic of Tyrod, i think EJ took HUGE steps forward last night. I was impressed, becuase that O-Line was dreadful and he was running for his like as soon as the ball was snapped. Also, that play at our own like 15 where he one handed the bad snap out of the air and then threw a nice pass was incredible to watch. That took skill.

Because for every good moment he has like that, he has like 4 or 5 really bad moments. Did you happen to forget about the 2 fumbled snaps in the first game? Or the fact that his passes are way off target more often than they're on target?

Trust me, I would love for Manuel to come out and prove everyone wrong, but he hadn't been able to do that yet.

If I got a nickel for every significantly flawed quarterback that broke school records in college, I would never have to work another day in my life.

As much as I hate the yankees...that's like being a Sabres fan and mocking someone like the Red Wings - a team who has had a history of good success but...gee, they're on a less-than-decade "drought"

That said, I relished those Diamondbacks championships.

Of course not. But Taylor has been routinely sacked, made very limited throw from the pocket, and has had his share of picks in practice and he's somehow been 10x better? It just isn't the case

Call me negative, but it's just like last year. There is no right answer among Manuel, Taylor, and Cassel.
