A few weeks ago, I had to leave Rochester on the 6:00 am flight for a business meeting in Chicago. With the commuter crush , that meant I had to be at the Rochester airport by 5:00, which means a 4:00 am wakeup.

I didn't notice before i left that my phone hadn't charged the night before, and on my way back to Rochester at the end of the business day, my flight was delayed out of O'Hara for weather issues. By then, my phone battery was dead, and I was teetering on semiconsciousness from lack of sleep.

That was a really slow day.

As soon as this story was released that there was an ongoing investigation I knew it would turn into a side show. Tim Graham on twitter is being an a$$ to anyone who has a different opinion than him. The comment sections of articles are entertaining though.

I have absolutely no idea what happened inside that house and neither does anyone else besides Kane and the girl (who is in her 20's btw). Everyone else can have an opinion but to start these stupid fights over something they think they know is moronic.

Agreed. From what it seems to me, something went down she wasn't happy about and she did something about it.

But nobody knows the whole story other than the 2 of them. I've said it a million times already, there's so many grey areas in these situations. They're almost never black and white.

Bad decisions were made that night. By both parties. I totally agree with the whole "no means no" thing, but as a woman, you still need to protect yourself better. I don't want to reduce how horrible of a thing it is that may have happened to her or sound like a complete female dog, but it's the truth.

No matter how this P. Kane thing ends, if Chicago wants to trade him or flat out cut him, I would hope Buffalo never has any interest in him. At all. Even if the price of the trade would be a total steal by the Sabres.

I think the fact that it's been this long with no arrest made points to the fact that there's a lot more to this than has even come out in speculation.
