Ah but think of this if Foligno wasn't your whipping boy the last 3 years why now all of a sudden? In all honesty he may have out played his talent but his name got him in the league and hes at his skill level of a 3rd line guy who dosent have much upside

I have been disappointed in him for the past several years, but when you have leino, hodgeson, and Stafford chiting the bed on a consistent bases, you tend to let a guy like Marcus slide. He's got good talent and good vets around him now so no more excuses out of him, its time to put up or get out.

All you need to do is get a letter from the judge saying you fulfilled all of your classes and fines that stemmed from your DWI case. You then need to go in front of a Magistrate present your info and pay a fine. You are then able to travel to and from Canada. The fines can sometimes be hefty though.
