I went to the original one in Munich about 11 years ago. I didn't even know there were other ones out there. Are we really getting one in Buffalo? That would be stupendous. BTW it was an awesome time. Good food, amazing beer. I can't say how American ones stack up though.

I didn't realize these were chains. I stayed in a hotel across the street from one in Las Vegas. I never ventured in, but I'm going back in a few weeks. Maybe I'll check it out knowing one is heading our way.

I'm a fan of classic stripes, orange in uniforms and unique colors. These uniforms are 100% win. Only teams with aquatic based mascots can even think about pulling off teal. Original sharks uniforms and these dolphins uniforms are it.

As for their Nikefied set, and the current San Jose set, absolutely horrid.

I'm so glad football training camp has started. Hockey training camp will be here before we know. it.

I love the summer, but baseball isn't my thing, so summer sucks for me sports-wise.

I have to agree. I love October when football and hockey are both going.

It's hard to hate the Dolphins anymore. That rivalry really died off. The Patriots are much easier to loathe.

I'm not that big of a football fan but I'd understand the hate today for Brady and the Pats. Years ago when I followed it and Shula and the Dolphins beat us regularly in the 70's, easy to hate them.

The only time I really get into baseball is during the playoffs. So yes, October is incredible.

I know it's day one of training camp, and that's exciting. But, ya know, (frank)...

1st, Girgensons and McCabe for Shea Weber and Vladislav Kamenev

Do ya do it.

To be honest, my most hated team in the division is the Jets. It's been that way since I went to UB. All those Long Island Jets fans were the worst.

Right, and the Bills turned it around in the 90s where they kind of owned the Dolphins. The Patriots have put together 15 years now where they have dominated Buffalo. Not to mention they have won 4 Super Bowls while likely at least skirting the rules, if not blatantly cheating.

Girgensons has much more value here than any team is willing to trade for. And it will stay that way until the Sabres start winning games.

Yeah I made that argument a few weeks ago. He'd be a valuable asset to any team, but he's huge here because of his defined role and our team structure.

I kept saying that a few weeks ago and got told I was underselling him. I like the kid, but I don't think he has the value around the league that people want him to have.

What we're going to get from him playing here in relation to what he'd get in return via trade isn't worth moving him. At all.

I agree with you again. Good start today! I think the role he fills on this team is one any team would love to fill, but on the Sabres it's more because they are so young. He is actually a veteran on this team.

The locker room already gravitates to him as well, even though he is only 21 years old.

I'm more excited for this season for both teams than I've been in a long time.

I know the Sabres are going to have growing pains, but at least I know I can go to a game and cheer for them to score goals/win without feeling like a terrible person.
