I think we're getting ahead of ourselves.

Either the Leafs have decided he's replaceable and they'll play hardball and let him sign a 1 yr deal and deal him for a some picks in February. Or they've decided that he can be a good #1 goalie and they'll lock him up tomorrow for 5, 6 or 7 years.
