I would speed walk for fun when I was younger. Did it just a few weeks ago trying to make my daughter laugh and I hurt my hip.

I can't imagine getting hurt doing that and then having to explain to the Doc how you managed to hurt yourself.

Phaneuf plays against better players which is true. Depends on the scale - if players who play against good competition are given ratings of like 10, then a difference of .9 to .1 is negligible

I tried delving in further but just got more confused. I don't know what the scale is but I do know that Colton Orr was a minus 9... not -0.9... but a -9.0...
