So Luke Schenn should be paid 1.1M a year?

Schenn should be on schultz' contract. That would be an ideal contract for him.

Jmatchett- you're a very considerate man. You leave things out, for others to swoop in and look like a hero.

SOMEONE (frank)ING ADD AMAC TO THAT LIST ASAP.

Chaput signs 1 year extension with Columbus.

Somehow, even though he's now living in a cabin in northern Alberta next to Link Gaetz (speculation), Sestito has (to date) actually produced more offense in the NHL in terms of goals and points per game.

sestito can play on a teams 4th line and not hurt you. a goos skater, canhit, not bad defensively and get a few goals. not sure if there are other issues though.

We aren't looking at things objectively. We're Amac haters.

2 goals in 77 games??? For someone who isn't a stay at home lock down defensive defenseman that is comical.

Bold prediction!

Sam Gagner will from here on out having a Danny Briere career in Philly.

Hey, last season he was the 28th highest cap hit among NHL defensemen. It's progress.

New topic: What is your earliest Flyers memory?

Mine is going with my dad to see the home opener vs the Kings in 1971. It was an early 6th birthday present. Though they got blown out (I think it was 5-0 or maybe worse), I remember being amazed at how fast the game was. Also getting to stuff myself with soft pretzels and ice cream was pretty cool too!!

I have a very, very vague recollection of the second Cup parade, but the first real memory I have is my first game. Flyers beat the Atlanta Flames 7-4. I remember Saleski scored late in the game and my dad had me screaming "Go Big Bird!!"

I looked on-line and looked up the game: 2-7-77. Flyers jumped out to a 4-0 by the 15 minute mark of the first. Bill Clement scored for the Flames. Flyers got goals from Dorny, Hound, Drew Callander, MacLeish, Kindrachuk, Saleski and Harvey Bennett

MacLeish had a goal and 3 assists. Hound had 1G & 2 A, Bernie was in goal.
