Loved some of his early stuff - Happy Gilmore and Wedding Singer the most.

Not saying they're great movies, but entertaining for me.

Even his buddy films about being adult are kid friendly crap.

I know...sorry, Pulp Fiction is the Alannis Morissette/Smashing Pumpkins of the movie world - over-hyped by everyone who loves it. Big Lebowski is very close (but was much smaller commercially I think) to that comparison as well, just lauded way too much and I didn't find it all that entertaining.

I get that it's well-regarded...I just couldn't get past the beginning with all the toilet stuff or whatever was going on. Been a long time since I've seen it, and my memory is crap anyways, but it's not my bag.

I also don't like Pulp Fiction or Big Lebowski (sorry sabchuk), and those are cult favorites of "my generation".
