Went to see Metallica a few years ago. Way too many people. Couldn't see the stage. We went back near the entrance and there we could at least see part of the big screen. Joe Satriani was doing their opening act, I enjoyed that 3 times more than Metallica. Actually, I left before the show was over.

They're at camp in St. Adolphe D'Howard. The camp doesn't allow phone calls, for fear of promoting homesickness. However, my daughter turns seven today, and so they are making an exception. Because my son is only eight, and would freak if she spoke to us and he didn't, we will speak to him as well. I feel like I used to the first time I called a girl for a date. It's a bit strange.

She's having a blast. Running the joint. She's the smallest, youngest camper there. She's the one that the older campers and the staff say "OMG, she's sooooo cute!". They should only know.
He's a bit different. Not as confident, that sort of thing. But he's playing lots of baseball and he's on the ice three out of every four days. Water skiing, sailing, tennis....What could be bad?
