Meh. I'd take Oduya for 4.5. not for the 6+ he is going to get for 5 years.


Paying Oduya 6MM+ at age 35+ is a bad move, IMO.

Yeah no way I pay him more than 5 mil. But the market doesn't seem to be as high as many thought it would be. I think 4.5 for 3/4 years is fair

Erixson has been traded or claimed off waivers 6 times since 2009. Another 1st rd bust.

Think 50 max contracts and thats why they were involved.

This deal was Kessel at 6.75 mil and a 2nd for Nick Spaling, Kasperi Kapanen, Scott Harrington, round 1 pick in the 2016 draft and round 3 pick in the 2016 draft
