Based on What Columbus recieved I guess our trade would have looked like, Bozak, Nylander, Leivo and Frattin plus a 4th rounder. Considering where the Leafs are in a rebuild I'm not sure if it would be worth it. Saad did score 22 goals and 52 points as a 22 year old. Similar numbers to that of Kadri last year (23 years old - 20 goals/50 points)). His numbers are also likely inflated due to playing with Hossa/Toews/Sharp/Kane.
This deal is not as great as it seems for Columbus. |
