I get that you were being sarcastic. I'm saying that's not a good look for a player and he never backed it up with comments to the media about caring too much. I'm not hating on the guy just saying it seems pretty obvious he could handle things differently.

Even so he'd be surrounded by equally if not better talent here. My whole thing is pairing guys like Eichel or Reinhart with Gionta or Foligino isn't going to amount to goals being scored. Sure they'll set them up but they aren't skilled wingers. Larsson is good too but he can't seem to finish. I want goal scoring talented wingers to be paired with my craftsman puck destributors, and as Pittsburgh will tell you they aren't easy to find so if we had the chance at scoring an Eberle (Not likely) We should jump at it

It's all hypothetical I don't think Edmonton will trade him but him or Skinner pre concussion problems are the type of guys we should be targeting. They'd both likely cost a 1st which is why I had a problem giving up the 21st pick because I value the top six winger more. But that being said there's ways around it trading multiple 2nd's and one of our many high end prospects.
