As a team in the west unless Chicago, La, & Anaheim fail miserably they will always be overlooked.. & Missouri is quite the leap of destinations in comparison to NYC. lol

I actually think he would include them. Think it would look like DET, STL, SJS, LA, ANA, BOS, TBL, PIT, CHI, TOR. Something along those lines

The only point in trading Nash is cap relief to sign everyone else, and maybe a small splash in the market. Trading Nash for the same cap hit or even more for those two guys who are just as big as playoff disappointments as Nash doesnt make sense IMO. But I guess stranger things have happened

It's a tough call what to do on Nash. I know this sounds crazy but we might be better off to see what we can get for Girardi. That contract is brutal as well.

As I said, I'm just really bored, sitting in my yard with a few ipa's watching the grass grow, with no intentions on taking care of it now that I've opened the first of which may be many brews haha.

Over on Stuarts blog they're talking scenarios with trading Drouin, I suggested(cause I'm really that bored) a Yakupov & 16th for Drouin & OUR 1st deal.. brings a little tear to my eye thinking about that.. but, Yakupov/Kucherov, Drouin/Eberle.. sounds pretty.

I think after 2 more years it goes from a NMC to a 10 team partial no trade clause like Nash is now.

Girardi is still extremely vital to the core of this team.

Wasn't directed at you. But there is so much hate on the guy among Ranger fans not on this thread. For what he has done as a Ranger over his career, I just never understood why so many people hate on him and want him gone
