Is he? I'm not so sure. We got a 2nd for Garrison and he was coming off of a 30 point season. KB had an awful season and an even worse playoff. I see him as an equal and possibly greater liability than Luca Sbisa, with fewer physical assets left to him than the Pizza Delivery Boy

He has a ntc. Even if you can find an interested team that he would be willing to waive for, they're probably not going to be competing with anyone for his services. I think that he is probably worth a second but I think that we would be lucky to get a third.

The guy certainly has a hard-on for Weiss, a player who I feel is basically on his last legs in the NHL (of course now he'll go on to score 30 goals next year )
