because we are a bubble team. they would keep the player with the sedins to ensure playoff revenue, rather than sell high and risk missing. This is why i want vrbata/bieksa gone by draft day. If they have good seasons they will stay and play out their contract like matthias did. we literally have almost nothing to show for the luongo trade but 800k cap hit that will last until the league goes bankrupt.

Another possibility for Bieksa is BUF. They need to get to the cap floor and have a ton of youth at the back that use "mentoring." KB3 won't waive for BUF, and it's debatable whether his is the kind of mentoring you'd want to give your future D core, but BUF definitely have the picks to get something done.

Sure everyone has to play the same holes, but that was embarrassing as a representation of golf in the Pacific Northwest. The greens definitely looked like a municipal course.

On the other hand, municipal courses generally don't charge $275/round.
