Bob's top 30

I'd be really happy with Roy as the 29th pick

Crouse over Provorov is a stretch for me, but a talented kid who is willing to go in the tough areas would certainly help open things up for the other guys on the ice. He created a lot of great opportunities for himself and his line mates at the WJHC. I haven't seen much, otherwise, but I don't think he'd be a bad pick, at all.

I'm not. Kid's a beast. Biggest issue for him moving forward is being more selfish and making sure he doesn't cross the line in terms of temper.
- Jsaquella

Selfishness can be taught and controlling the temper should come with maturity and experience. I love this kid and would be thrilled to see him selected at #7

My ever changing list of 3-15 prospects:

3. Marner
4. Hanifin
5. Strome
6. Provorov
7. Zacha
8. Barzal
9. Connor
10. Werenski
11. Crouse
12. Rantanen
13. Meier
14. Svechnikov
15. Konecny

That being said, there are at least 4 or 5 other guys that could challenge for those last couple spots, LOL

Phill Kessel will be a flyer today
- Winning

I would be willing to bet large sums of someone else's money that not only will Phil Kessel not be a Flyer today, he will never be a Flyer. Unless that is, once his playing days are over he comes on board in a capacity suited to him... you know.. defensive coach or strength and conditioning guru.

okay.. yeah.. i was kidding about the conditioning and the defense.

You know.. whatever it is he's been eating has been tasty enough that he's been eating an awful lot of it. That might be a brilliant idea, we should look into that.

Everything I have read about Boeser, I really like. Probably won't hurt that he is committed to play at UND this fall.

Kessel gets a $4m signing bonus for this season, presumably on July 1st. I'd be shocked if any team trades for him before then.

No wonder he scores so many (frank)ing goals.
