Beleskey would be a nice piece to add to Habs lineup as long as the price is right. Habs are a couple pieces. Beleskey scores big goals at key times. Cup 25 is real close baby!!! And I can dig it woooooo!

They got Tobias Lindberg with the pick they got from Tampa in the Bishop trade and he has been regarded very highly as a prospect. So they got more than people think in the deal.

As a loyal fan of the Oshawa Generals, I can tell you that Lindberg will be amazing in the NHL. He is very fast and has great hands. He can score, but because of his speed, he backchecks very well also. At this point, he doesn't quite equal the value of Bishop, but Ottawa didn't get 'nothing'.

I hear the Leafs want a top player and a 1st round pick for Kessel. A news agency in Florida reported today that the Leafs want Ekblad as pert of a deal to send Kessel to Florida. I hope for Florida's sake, they don't do that.

Anyone who ends up with Kessel will get good scoring, but lots of attitude also.

If the Canucks trade for Kessel, I'm becoming an Oilers fan.

Supposedly it is Buffalo making the hard push to finalize the deal for Phil, they aren't even on his list, doubt he goes there

What team on kessel list actually had the cap space for him? Tie that to the fact that the leafs are somewhere in space when evaluating their expected return for him, all leads to kessel remaining a leaf for 7 or 8 years (or how many years are left on that bloated contract).

Canadiens and Bruins: don't see either, Boston has bigger fish to fry, Hamilton. Why would TOR send him to MTL?

I figured MINN would be the destination, I don't know where BUFFALO is the team finalizing the deal
