Been in Chicagoland (65 miles West of Chicago) for 8 years and getting closer to finishing a program at a university that's a pain in my arse and plan on moving back to Buffalo if there are positions for me.

Where is the closest Delta Sonic to you? Tinley Park?

Cool, I have two master's degrees I received back in Buffalo while working full time and paid for by my employer my doctorate is in education as well and I'm writing the 4th of 5 chapters of my dissertation. I have a broad background in Adult Ed, Higher Ed, Comparative Ed, I currently work in Literacy focusing on English Language Learners because my dissertation focuses on Undocumented Latino students. Hockeybuzz is often my escape from writing, good luck!

Its amazing the diversity of people on here. I use hockey buzz as my outlet as well

That is an impressive and "timely" acumulation during your dissertation! I just met with the Super in Clearence and he said, he is focusing on professionals with ESL degrees and sees that area as the largest growth in the Educational Field!

Not one there. Would have to be Naperville. That is a good one. Elmhurst sucks.

Edit: never realized how far west Northern Illinois really is. Thought it was close to Chicago than it is.

ESL is huge and teachers who have their accreditation are going to be valuable. I work in a program that teaches/trains Northern Illinois Administrators the importance of instituting ESL programs in their schools and we have Summer Academies that bring them in the next two weeks and train them. One day is tomorrow.

I'm 45 and have an unyeilding passion for Education/Students! I'm sure we could put everyone to sleep going back and forth on various philosophies

My thesis was on Charter Schools, finished in 2001 and it has been cited twice in professinal journals.....proudest achievement, next to my students who always come first!

I hope Murray has plans to go after Toresenko, maybe offer a decent package for OSHIE but this is the year with a variety of RFAs , Take a shot!

P.S. Saad is second on my list.......Nice.......

Patrick Sharp would be a consolation prize if they match.

I don't care if he's not the smartest player in the league, but if the Cavs have any chance of winning, Jr Smith needs to play, and get hot
- sbroads24

It is over. Without Irving and Love, this is the worst NBA team in the finals ever. There is no Pippen, Oakley, Grant, Paxson, or Phil Jackson to help Lebron out. And everyone will laugh at him for losing because he could not do it himself.

Would you give up two first round picks, a second, and a third for Tarasenko?

Grew up in a wny - been in CT for 20+ years. I would move back to buffalo in a second if economically feasible. It's truly great to see the revitalizing going on!!
- turbo044

I agree. Same here I moved out in 2000 because of money and my wife. We both love WNY but for both it isn't financially reasonable to move back.

I don't think so. I'm not a fan of Lebron, but I respect his SICK talent!

The Best Player in the World certainly doesn't need excuses, the way he simply held his head, when his team was STILL TRYING to win the game! It was inexcusable, I've never seen anything like it, it was as if he had decided it was over. Delly and J.R. Smith start nailing 3's and next thing we know its a 6pt game with over a minute to play! 2 Shots!

Where was James, was he franticly trying to keep the team hyped up and ready to make a play? Nope, just walking around like I'm done, so I'll just brick three straight shots with a Championship on the line, I mean his body language alone while shooting was defeated!

I've NEVER seen that in JORDAN, BRADY, KOBE, TOEWS there is something missing and its not TALENT, he is TALENTED in spades, it will be interesting how Cleveland gets that rostor improved and or healthy.

I would offer Sheet him up to the 2nd Highest Level, think its like 7.3 Million over 7
I think thats 1st, 2nd and 3rd.

He just fits as our "Patty Kane" and would be a beast with Rinehart or Echiel!

I honestly have a "Brain Admiral" assigned to catch any easy sexual prompts, seriously, if I wrote that in class, it would LMOA for at least 10mins, Freshmen are WOW ridiculously on it all......

Humor improves as they get to their senior year and they laugh at the Freshmen and the things they did or said, we laugh at my desk end of day, NEVER ALONE, ALWAYS WITH DOOR AJAR!

Wow....really......a seperate poster and I accidentlly found out that he had just or is just about to complete his Doctorate, I congratulated him and we shared some of our interests in the field, but we were the only ones posting, and I even laughed and told him we could put everyone to sleep if we keep sharing work while we're at play. We both just love HockeyBuzz as an outlet from what we do.

Just seems some on here want to pick and choose how each of my posts have issues.

Go Buffalo and Congrats to GOLDEN STATE! Please, will the REAL MVP step forward!
