Arizona law seems pretty clear that the State or city governments can void a contract if an employee involved in that contract is then hired by the company. Coyotes hired the former Glendale City lawyer.

Anyway, lots of lawsuits before this gets sorted out. As I said, the City might just want to force the Coyotes to renegotiate
