I never visited that particular location but I'm sure it was spectacular.

I also believe it is where the apples water incident occurred. The place should stay open as a national historical site

That one has also closed. it is now a Portuguese chicken place. But the food is halal so it is definitely not Portuguese owned

I believe the demographic is more wopy which is the eastern side of the island + laval. Those locations are mainstays

The ones on the western side of the island have struggled historically. The sign on the most recently closed location calls out the city for constant road work as the cause for minimal customers
