i have done some minor rearranging.

the pizza is out but a "double stuffed" spicy italian wawa hoagie and a coupla tastykake pies have replaced it.

i walked in a mall yesterday and i put cucumbers in this salad today.

i figure i will probably have lost 20 pounds or so by the time i'm done eating this salad.
