The Red Hen Restaurant should focus more on cleaning its filthy canopies, doors and windows (badly needs a paint job) rather than refusing to serve a fine person like Sarah Huckabee Sanders. I always had a rule, if a restaurant is dirty on the outside, it is dirty on the inside!

wendy's is 2 minutes away. dunkin donuts is 1 minute away! chick-fil-a is 2 minutes away. target is 2 minutes away. the supermarket is 4 minutes away. and, most important, wawa is only 4 minutes away, exactly 1 mile.

well the washer and dryer turned out to be some state of the art poop. the only thing they don't do is talk. and i may have just not found that button yet.

another thing that i like is that even though i know this is a small condo, the layout makes it feel bigger. you don't feel like everything is right on top of each other at all. this is actually all the space that i need. i haven't once had to ask myself "where where do i think i'm putting that?"

my shower is (frank)ing fantastic and spacious and bright and came with an oh poop handle. it also doesn't have A (frank)ING WINDOW IN IT like the shower at george's house (which is what i call my old apartment now).

the last people strangely left really expensive looking curtains on every window with real nice bronze hardware. and two of them are so nice i'm just keeping them. they're more expensive that anything i'm gonna replace them with and they match real well anyway.

also, the trash situation was worrying me and it turned out to be simple. i think there are even two different pickups each week. and you put out your regs and recyclables together. no separate nights for each.

i really am under the impression that the two apartments were just an attic over a big house a hundred years ago and then someone decided to build apartments up there and when they realized there was a window where the shower had to be they were just like "(frank) it". it wasn't at the end of the shower or anything. it was on the side. like right there by the shower head. right next to you as you stand in a shower.

it was bad, bro. there was a window in my shower in an apartment over george's house.
