yell? they are a somewhat reserved people in my experience

it's called skyr and it's similar to greek yogurt, a thicker/more strained yogurt

this brand siggi's is delicious and they just started making fat free which is somehow still sooo good

been slamming down some banana cream greek yogurt lately. really like it. it's just dannon or something you get at a normal store so it's nothing fancy but i am henjoying it. is this the same as when you guys talk about greek yogurt or no?

oh I've seent siggi's in the food stores. I guess I never noticed it was an icelandic style

yeah i'm definitely gonna have to find a way to make it into more food if i'm looking to have it for breakfast some days. i'm painfully starving before the first hour of work goes by if all i have is the yogurt. people are telling me to try putting granola in it and stuff. i don't know.

i just know that i probably shouldn't be eating wawa egg bowls for breakfast monday through friday and wawa bagel sizzlis for breakfast on saturdays and sundays forever.
