This afternoon I am firing my assistant/employee. The decision is to keep my office and transform it into a studio where I will reintegrate painting, silkscreen print, wood sign making and various projects that I have been missing a lot. Graphic design and websites are still on top of things since I'm very good at it and I still love doing it, but I will eliminate the pressure of getting more and more gigs for an assistant. Only people I keep paying is my agent and occasional freelancers.

Edit : I hesitated between sharing this in here or in The complain about stuff no one cares about Thread
