Didn't want to bring the fact that it's a "she" to avoid the typical internet question 'is she hot' but there you go : she took it hard, cried a lot, decided to grab all her stuff right now and leave in tears, asking what she did wrong, then left saying she will come back on saturday to grab other stuff and drop the office key. There was a girlfriend dumping vibe all over it.

Still, she said that I should not feel bad and it's ok but yeah, she's a single parent with 2 kids and even if I've been kind and generous and kept insisting on the fact that she must take advantage of the free studio rent for her photography business, she dumped a lot of her clients over the months thinking I would bring business for her. That's a pressure that I can not take anymore.
