make sure to take your elbows off your knees from time to time. it helps alleviate the numbness.

Just so everyone knows, moral is good. The experience is not overally unpleasant, only lengthy. Mostly because I need to wait for the legs to wake up so I don't keel over on my way to the sink

if you get through the wipe you'll be ok. leaning over to reach down with dead legs is always risky.
