the quebec standard is the "steamy" where the buns and hot dog, i guess? are steamed. i need dt to explain the process.
dicann's presses the bun on the grill, i think the bell centre does the same

honestly don't think i've had a hotdog outside the province. please describe how your typical pennsylvania hot dog is prepared/presented

two main ways i guess

street carts that boil them in piss water. buns just warmed i guess. not bad in a pinch.

but the preferred method is grilled dogs.

on my way to a family holiday party my niece called me and said there was no soda there and she wanted coke so i stopped at one of those 7 eleven's that have a new name and an immigrant family running it and the hot dog roller was on the floor in the store with the hot dogs on it. i had to step over it to get to the soda.

speaking of him, he is extra dramatic today. like 3 times a day he lets out this loud "life is so hard" sigh like a (frank)ing emo kid. "the worst thing i did was go to that dinner with my wife's company because i saw what work should be like. THESE PEOPLE DON'T KNOW WHAT IT MEANS TO BE A TEAM!"

this is between sucking his (frank)ing teeth for literally 2 hours after eating his apple every day. 2 (frank)ing hours. and it starts instantly. sometimes he starts sucking the teeth before i even hear the core hit the can. suck them down your throat and choke on them.
