If Sweeney is "The Don", does that make Chiarelli "The Departed"

Thing is Lucic wont be moved anywhere now.... Neely wants his team toughness back and the "Big Bad Bruins" so they will hold onto Lucic I believe.

Not saying its right, just its most likely gonna happen.

I think the starting point would be handed $25 million handed to Jonas Brodin, 21-years-old, over 6 years. Basically Johnnie Rockets money.

Does anyone have any insite to the rumored problems Looch has with his wrist?

Ty did in responding to a comment I made about Lucic needing to drop the gloves more and getting back to his basics, like he did when entering the league.

He said that his wrists are so bad that Bs brass have told him no more fighting, that they are scared that he could mangle them permanently.

More reason from my standpoint of what the hell is the point of keeping him if he can't do what he "did" best. God knows he is not a sniper.

That could change, but from what I was told by multiple people last year was that they weren't keen on him fighting much last year because of the offseason wrist surgery. They still fear that another significant injury could cause long-term damage, sure, but they may 'let him' do it more now that it's healed. Plus, they always want the tradeoff to make sense. Phaneuf wants to fight Lucic? He'll do it. A guy like Colton Orr wants to fight Lucic? They don't want that happening.
