All I know is when I graduated my dad said "You wanna go to college? Then you need to figure out how to pay for it." Same was said to me when I wanted a car. I started working at age 15 and was full time at 16. These past few years were the 1st since I was 17 that I wasn't working 70+ hrs a week.

To be contenders for the Cup yes. Playoffs? Eh.

A team with Kane, Toews, Keith and Seabrook should make the playoffs almost every year (barring injury). Not to mention Hossa and Sharp.

Q has done a great job but I think almost any coach (not named Rolston and Nolan) would have gotten them into the playoffs.

I dare say it takes a pretty special coach to be able to handle all those big egos. That's definitely not an easy task.

I grew up in Buffalo, my entire family is from Buffalo, I have a wife and child. I picked up and moved for a job that paid better. I can tell you I am not talking millions of dollars but still it is not an easy decision regardless.

Salary 2 million dollars.

Potential employer wants to give you double that for the same job. If that doesn't jive with the family or it causes stress, just stay with the current situation. 2 million bucks, being a legend and a happy family is a dream. For us average folk I think its a lot more complicated.
