People cam say I think like Darcy all they want, but I really don't care for the "win sooner" mentality when it comes to this rebuild. I want it done right. I don't want this rush to one cup run with a few star players like the Penguins and then have years of depth - less early exits

I think we have a legitimate shot to build this team like the Hawks did.

Solid drafting, trading, and free agent signing and they are competitive for the last 7 years now.
