He is one of the easiest to replace Kenins or Baertschi can easily play 3 LW and are younger and cheaper. - VANTEL
You're saying that but those are still two unproven commodities. As I noted, I don't mind giving these younger guys a chance but they are going to have to prove they belong. Thus far we've only had a very small sample size in which to determine what sort of role and what type of player these two are. I'd love to see Baertschi fill that slot but he's yet to show that he can be a consistent performer (albeit, he had a fairly successful stint in the AHL, so chances are he's going to get on the roster sooner rather than later - if he continues the way he has been this year in the minors.
And of course, everyone would love to see Kenins pan out. But again, small sample size, unproven, type of player. That said, he does seem to have some potential and I think he will be given a fair shot. Hopefully he continues to improve and makes it hard on management not to keep him up.

I'm starting to wish we had kept Torts, he'd be throwing gas on this smoldering tire fire.

They may be unproven , but a proven is if you bring back the same old same old you will never win.

I don't think OVI has ever been uncoachable. A good coach play's to their best players strengths. Trotz is doing that. AV never could. Nor could Boudreau. I could go on but some A$$hole will come up with some stupid statistic saying otherwise. Much like face-offs statistics saying they are not important. - thundachunk
Please don't ever mention Boudreau and Coach in the same sentence.
Most a-holes quote stats. It's what they do.
Stats can be helpful, but are not the bible. Unless you are a turnover machine...
