Stryper is unreal, period. Michael Sweet is one of the best vocalists out there in that style. Saw them last summer. Been a fan since Soldiers Under Command.

Apparently he said they have been talking to Edmonton for a week or so back and forth and thats what he heard was a framework offer so figured I'd share. There was also a mention of Reinhart too, but I guess Murray said something along the lines of not unless we are keeping #2

Foligno is nothing in a trade of this magnitude.

But the other 1st? Could have been used to bring in another top 6 player.

Pysyk and Risto/Zads? Two, TWO, top 4 defensemen. Gone.

Eichel? Franchise centerman.

Hate that deal. Not shooting the messenger, but, yes, when you're giving up all that, it is unhealthy and borderline obsessive.

Idk man it's not my idea lol. I personally don't mind it all that much. Pysyk has yet to stick regardless of reasoning. Foligno doesn't bother me any, So it really comes down to Risto/Zads and NYI first for McDavid and that's not bad at all. That said I still doubt anything will happen.

If it was Zadarov, I'd definitely make the trade. If it's Ristolainen, I'm not so sure. To me, it really boils down to how big a gap there is between McDavid and Eichel. With former players like Gretzky and Hawerchuk saying some pretty incredible things about McDavid, maybe the difference is pretty big.
The best part is that it doesn't include Reinhart. I don't like the idea of any trade for McDavid if it includes both Reinhart and our 2nd overall pick.
