I had read an article that stated something about the Colts footballs being OK, and then later in the article they had some long quote from Kraft where he said that the Colts footballs were low too....No idea what to believe.

The report said all 11 of the Patriots' game balls, when re-tested at halftime, were below the minimum level specified by NFL rules of 12.5 psi. The four Colts game balls that were re-tested were between 12.5 and 13.5 psi, so they were within the rules.

For sure, keep it around a 2 year deal and the risk is almost nothing. I wonder if they stick with johnson at the 2.

If he's here it's a backup role, I wouldn't keep him at all.

I'd part with a young player + in the system for Gibson, you know one of those players that still isn't ready. We have plenty of those.

Blues are in crap creek for goalies and they need him. He is a RFA and sure to re-signed.

The difference is that their equipment guy wasn't texting about the air pressure and having a needle for the balls and wasn't seen on video going into a bathroom for a minute and a half with the balls.

Guy seems to be making up his own stories then. The official report says that only 4 Colts footballs were even tested, and all 4 of them were in the proper range.

Link to the report: https://nfllabor.files.wo...during-afc-championsh.pdf

I started going through with a search of Colts (455 times it was found, apparently) and have run into 2 different tellings of it already through the first 8 pages where it was said all 4 Colts footballs were

Perhaps it's later in the report, but the executive summary states 4 of 4 were fine, and I'd take that to have more to base information off of.

Damn you Pat Kirwin!

Edit: just found a spot where 3 of the 4 are listed as under the limit by small amounts (likely from being the second time tested, as they had 2 guys testing them at halftime and all 4 were properly inflated by the first guy's readings)
