So you guys are hiding a young, top-2 RHD from the league? Cause that's the piece it'd take to move RNH (or Leon+). Mrazek is great, but I'll be damned if I move anything of substantial value for any goalie not named Rask, Price, Lundqvist, Rinne, or Holtby.

I'm not saying the value doesn't exist. What I'm saying is they're not gonna move RNH for anything other than a top end Dman or a package including a good goalie. There's zero chance they move their best proven C for anything less than to fill one of their major holes (top Dman or a goalie). Since Detroit doesn't have the former and the latter is typically acquired at a lower cost, it's just not happening.

Hence my suggestion of Leon.

I think he gives you another great C prospect that plays a very Red Wings style game. With him, Larkin, and Sheahan, I think all questions about replacements for Datsyuk and Zetterberg are answered.
